Terms for the private beta and any separately distributed edition.

Publisher and licence

Roundtable AI is provided by COBI Management SRL, trading as HighRoad Software. You may use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the applicable distribution licence. You retain rights to your own content. The app’s code, design and trademarks belong to the publisher or its licensors.

Beta access and pricing

You can request private-beta access; an invitation is not guaranteed by submitting a request. The Mac App Store edition is being prepared and has no published offer here. Any paid edition, licence or provider service states its own price and terms before purchase.

Models and results

You obtain compatible model files or connect a provider account yourself and follow their licences and terms. AI replies may contain errors. Simulation outcomes are hypothetical and do not establish what real people will do. Check sources and maintain copies of important data before using a result for a decision.

Use and support

Do not use the app unlawfully, access others’ data without permission, or interfere with security and licensing controls. Contact support@highroadsoftware.com for questions or defects. Beta features may change; material changes to these terms are dated on this page.

Apple-distributed copies

For a copy obtained through Apple, Apple’s Standard EULA and applicable Usage Rules govern the licence. HighRoad Software supplies support. Apple is not the app’s developer. Store purchases, refunds and updates follow the applicable Apple channel terms.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies subject to mandatory protections in your country. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights, remedies or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Questions or claims can be sent to the contact details below.
