How can we help?

For connection, data, purchase, or restore questions, email us with your provider name, iOS version, and the screen where the issue occurred. Never send an API key or password.

Email support

Useful checks

Confirm that your credentials work in the provider’s own app or website.
Open Settings → Pro Access to restore a purchase made with the same Apple Account.
Check archive coverage before interpreting a chart; a mean line and observed minimum–maximum area are shown where that representation applies.

Privacy notice

WeatherTracking is designed to work without a WeatherTracking account or advertising profile.

Data on your device

Stations, observations, alert rules, preferences, and alert history are stored locally. Provider credentials are protected in iOS Keychain.

Direct provider access

You choose the personal stations to follow and provide credentials stored on your device. The app contacts the chosen weather provider directly. WeatherTracking receives neither those credentials nor the returned observations. Independent providers process requests under their own privacy policies and terms.

Purchases

Apple processes the one-time in-app purchase. WeatherTracking receives entitlement status, not your payment-card details.

Diagnostics and support

The app does not include an advertising network or cross-app tracking. Information sent to support is used only to answer your request.

Deletion

Use Reset All App Data in Settings, or delete the app, to remove local data. The in-app reset also removes Keychain items.

WeatherTracking is informational. Background refresh and alerts are not guaranteed to be immediate and must not be used for emergencies or life-safety decisions.
