Bring a recording or script you are authorized to use. Create and correct a transcript with a selected compatible local model. Build a supported voice take where the model and Mac allow it, then export text, subtitles or audio.

A clear local boundary

User-media speech processing runs locally in the documented workflow. Model downloads and ordinary network-request metadata can still use the network. Accuracy, language coverage and available voices depend on the selected model and source material.

Choose the right workflow

VoxForge suits repeated speech projects on one Apple silicon Mac. A cloud editor may suit live collaboration or hosted API scale; a focused transcription tool may suit a transcript-only job.
