LumenForge is a macOS application developed and published by Highroad Software. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@highroadsoftware.com.
None.
HighRoad does not collect, sell, share, or receive your prompts, model files, generated media, or workspace data for generation. The app has no behavioural analytics, crash reporting, remote logging, or telemetry. The Mac App Store profile uses user-managed local model files and does not browse for or download them.
LumenForge stores the following data only on your Mac, never transmitted anywhere:
~/Library/Application Support/LumenForge/.
You can delete all of this data at any time by removing the
~/Library/Application Support/LumenForge/ folder.
LumenForge does not bundle AI model weights. You supply your own model files and point the app to their location on your Mac. These files are read locally and are not uploaded to or accessed by Highroad Software. Each model remains subject to its publisher's licence.
During generation, communication is between the Swift front-end and a local Python process on your
Mac, using the loopback address 127.0.0.1. The Mac App Store profile makes no model
browsing or model-download request. A signed direct-distribution build may offer explicitly
user-initiated downloads of optional model or capability resources. In that case, the selected host
receives a normal download request (such as your IP address); it does not receive your prompts,
generated media, or workspace history from LumenForge. The release notes for that build identify
any such capability.
LumenForge does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. It uses open-source machine learning libraries (PyTorch, MLX, etc.) bundled inside the app — these libraries run entirely locally and do not contact any remote service.
LumenForge is rated 17+ and is not directed at children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
If we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Because we collect no data, there is nothing material to change in practice.
