Privacy Policy — Games

Summary: Your game progress stays on your device. Some games use anonymous analytics and advertising. We never collect your name, email, or any personally identifiable information. We do not sell your data. This policy explains everything in detail.

COBI Management SRL is the data controller for all personal data processed in connection with HighRoad Software games.

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games published by HighRoad Software on the Apple App Store, including but not limited to: Lucky Slots, Poker Solitaire, Blackjack Club, SYNK, DRAW DUEL, SPLIT, Bluffline, Heist Relay, HEIST, MeetBlitz Lite, FACEOFF, TELL, WHISPER WARS, Neon Rep, Pinball Physique, Tap God, Reflex Duel, Smash the Stack, Dodge Millionaire, Shake to Smash, Balance Master, Tilt Platformer, Escape the Algorithm, AI or Human?, Brainrot Quiz, Rizz or Miss, Vibe Check Daily, Sentiment Wars, QR Adventures, QR Claim, Waifu Collector, Street Legends, Viral Architect, Infosphere, Marble Maze, and Bubble Pop.

2. What Data We Collect and Why

2.1 Game Data Stored on Your Device

All game progress, scores, achievements, virtual currency balances, and player profiles are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data and it never leaves your device (unless you explicitly enable iCloud sync where available). Deleting the app removes this data.

2.2 Analytics (Mixpanel)

Some of our games use Mixpanel for anonymous gameplay analytics. This helps us understand which features players enjoy and how to improve the games. Data collected by Mixpanel may include:

  • Anonymous user identifier (randomly generated, not linked to your identity)
  • Session duration and frequency
  • Feature usage events (e.g., "started a game", "visited the shop")
  • Device type and operating system version
  • Country (derived from IP address, which is then discarded by Mixpanel)

Mixpanel does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information. We do not use Mixpanel to build advertising profiles. See the Mixpanel Privacy Policy.

2.3 Advertising (Google AdMob)

Some of our games display advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data for ad personalisation in accordance with your device settings and Google's privacy practices. Data that AdMob may access includes:

  • Advertising identifier (IDFA, subject to your App Tracking Transparency choice)
  • Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
  • IP address (for approximate location and ad serving)
  • Ad interaction data (views, taps)

If you decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS, AdMob will serve non-personalised ads and will not access your IDFA. You can also limit ad tracking in your device settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking). Several of our games offer an ad removal purchase to disable all advertising entirely. 2.4 In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases, subscriptions, and in-app transactions are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment details (credit card number, billing address, etc.). Apple may share a transaction receipt with us to verify your purchase; this contains a transaction identifier and product identifier only — no personal financial data.

Auto-renewable subscriptions (where available) renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

2.5 Device Features

Depending on the game, we may request access to the following device features. Access is always requested via the standard iOS permission prompt and can be revoked at any time in Settings.

  • Camera: Used in FACEOFF for face-tracking gameplay. Camera data is processed on-device in real time and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
  • Microphone: Used in WHISPER WARS for voice input during gameplay. Audio is processed on-device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
  • Bluetooth / Local Network: Used in local multiplayer party games (SYNK, DRAW DUEL, SPLIT, Bluffline, Heist Relay, HEIST, MeetBlitz Lite) for peer-to-peer communication between nearby devices. No data is sent to our servers.
  • Camera (QR scanning): Used in QR Adventures, QR Claim, and MeetBlitz Lite to scan QR codes. In QR Claim, codes are hashed on-device; only the anonymous hash is stored — the QR content itself is never transmitted.
  • Motion / Accelerometer / Gyroscope: Used in Shake to Smash, Balance Master, Tilt Platformer, and Marble Maze for motion-controlled gameplay. Sensor data is processed locally and is never transmitted.

2.6 Data We Do Not Collect

We explicitly do not:

  • Collect your name, email address, phone number, or real identity
  • Require account creation or login
  • Track your location (GPS) — some third-party ad providers may use IP-based approximate location
  • Access your contacts, photos, calendar, or other apps
  • Sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes
  • Use cross-app tracking (unless you explicitly grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt)

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Art. 6)

  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): Anonymous gameplay analytics to improve our games.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Personalised advertising (via ATT prompt), optional device feature access.
  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): Processing purchase transactions to deliver in-app content.

4. Third-Party Services

Our games interact with the following third-party services:

Not all games use all services. Games without ads or analytics have no third-party data sharing beyond Apple's App Store infrastructure.

5. Data Transfers Outside the EU

Mixpanel Inc. and Google LLC are US-based companies. When their services are active in a game, data may be transferred to the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other approved transfer mechanisms. Apple Inc. data transfers are governed by Apple's own privacy framework. We have no direct control over these transfers; they are governed by the respective company's privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

  • Game data: Retained on your device for as long as the app is installed. Deleted when you delete the app.
  • Analytics data: Mixpanel retains anonymous event data according to its data retention policy (typically up to 5 years), after which it is automatically deleted.
  • Advertising data: Google's retention periods apply. See the Google Data Retention Policy.
  • Email correspondence: If you contact us, we retain correspondence for up to 3 years from the last contact.

7. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a resident of the European Union (or where applicable law provides), you have the following rights:

  • Right of access (Art. 15): Request information about data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16): Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17): Request deletion of your personal data.
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18): Request that we limit processing.
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20): Receive your data in a structured format.
  • Right to object (Art. 21): Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw consent at any time (e.g., via the ATT prompt or device settings).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@cobimanagement.eu. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

Note: Because our games do not require accounts and analytics data is anonymous, we may be unable to identify your specific data in our analytics systems. In that case, we will inform you and explain what steps (if any) are possible.

8. Children's Privacy

Our games are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through one of our games, please contact us at privacy@cobimanagement.eu and we will take steps to delete it.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data processed through our games. Game data on your device is protected by iOS's built-in security features, including device encryption. Network communications with third-party services use TLS encryption.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our Games page. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our games after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
