For the quickest diagnosis, include your device model, iOS version, app version and whether the issue happened in Solo, Duel or Group.

Keep Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi enabled on every device, allow Local Network and Bluetooth permissions, then create a fresh room.

Allow camera access when prompted. If scanning is unavailable, enter the short room code shown by the host.

Profiles, settings and opponent history are stored on the device. They are not tied to an online account.

Sudoku Arena does not require an internet connection for nearby play, but it does require compatible devices and active Bluetooth or Wi‑Fi radios.
