Relay support
Help with a route.
Relay 1.0 is in App Store release validation. For support, email support@highroadsoftware.com with the macOS version, Relay version, route mode, and the exact message shown. Do not attach private file contents.
First checks
Confirm that both folders are still connected and accessible. Rebuild the preview if either folder changed. For Mirror warnings, inspect the archive moves before approving. Safety Vault items can be browsed and restored from inside Relay.
Product boundary
Relay 1.0 supports manual one-way replication between folders selected through the macOS picker. It does not provide cloud sync, schedules, bidirectional sync, or bootable backup.
