These Terms of Use govern your use of ReactionLab. The app is licensed, not sold. You may use it in accordance with these Terms and any additional Apple or third-party terms that apply when you choose external services.

1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReactionLab, a macOS application published by COBI Management SRL, trading as HighRoad Software ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using ReactionLab, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ReactionLab on Mac computers that you own or control for personal or internal business use.
ReactionLab is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted remain with us and our licensors.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute ReactionLab except as permitted by law or by Apple distribution terms
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code except where such restriction is prohibited by law
- Remove proprietary notices or use the app in a way that violates law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Use the app to interfere with or overload external services you connect to
- Misuse credentials, API keys, or connector settings in a way that violates a provider's terms
4. Third-party services
ReactionLab can connect to optional third-party services such as cloud language models, OpenRouter, NewsAPI, GDELT, Reddit Search, GitHub Search, YouTube Search, Hacker News, and RSS or web sources you choose to add. If you enable these features, you are responsible for complying with the third-party provider's terms and policies.
Those services may receive prompts, excerpts, queries, URLs, or other content needed to perform the task you requested. We do not control how third parties process that data once it leaves the app.
5. App Store terms
If you obtain ReactionLab through the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s App Store terms and any applicable Apple End User License Agreement. In the event of a conflict, Apple’s terms govern distribution and purchase matters related to the App Store version of the app.
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for App Store customers, and Apple may enforce these Terms where permitted by law.
6. Intellectual property
ReactionLab, its design, logos, and associated materials are protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
ReactionLab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that third-party services will always be available.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HighRoad Software will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of ReactionLab.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you materially breach these Terms or misuse the software, subject to applicable law. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of ReactionLab after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
