PaperMind is currently in release validation. There is no verified public purchase endpoint yet.

## Documented launch plan

- No subscription planned.
- No account required for the local workflow.
- Mac App Store distribution is being prepared.
- A separately signed and notarized direct build with Lemon Squeezy licensing is also planned.

This is a release plan, not a live offer. The public purchase sheet will display the provider, binding price, taxes, currency, availability, and terms for the buyer's region when distribution opens.

## Product boundary

The default workflow keeps document parsing, OCR, chunking, embeddings, indexes, retrieval, and local-model inference on the Mac. Network access is used only for actions the user chooses, such as downloading models, enabling supported connectors, using a cloud-model provider, or completing licensing and purchase flows.
